Subscription terms at a glance

All plans are monthly, billed in U.S. dollars through Stripe.
Free trial
New accounts get a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan automatically starts and your payment method is charged the monthly rate.
Auto-renewal (this is the important one)
Your subscription automatically renews every month on the same day you started, at the price above, until you cancel. Charges appear on your statement as LUMETRADE VESTARI or LUMETRADE.
How to cancel
One click, any time. Go to Settings and click Cancel subscription. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, then it stops. You can also email hello@getvestari.com and we'll cancel it for you within one business day.
Refunds
Monthly charges are not refunded. Since you can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the paid month, prorated refunds are not issued except where required by law.
If we raise the price
We'll email you at least 30 days before the change. It only applies to renewals after that notice. Not happy with the new price? Cancel before it takes effect.
If a payment fails
We'll retry for up to 14 days and pause your account. If we still can't collect, the subscription is canceled and access ends.
Yearly reminder
Once a year, on your account anniversary, we'll email you a reminder that your Vestari subscription is still auto-renewing, with a one-click link to cancel or change plans.
