Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Vestari account you agree to these Terms. Vestari is a private archive and search tool operated by A&R Timepieces LLC, Florida. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.

2. Who can use Vestari

Vestari is built for professional watch dealers and businesses in the pre-owned luxury watch trade. You confirm you are at least 18 and operating in that capacity. We may verify business status and suspend accounts that do not qualify.

3. Plans and billing

• Starter — $47.99 per month. Rolling 90-day archive.
• Pro — $109.99 per month. Rolling 12-month archive.
• Archive — $169.99 per month. Unlimited archive.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not offered except where required by law.

4. Your data, your archive

You own the deal records you contribute. You grant Vestari a limited license to store, encrypt, deduplicate, and — if you opt in — anonymize them for the comps pool. That license ends when you delete the record or the account. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Contribute records that are fabricated, stolen, or belong to someone else.
• Attempt to de-anonymize another dealer’s contribution.
• Bypass rate limits, reverse-engineer the service, or scan the pool with automated tooling.
• Use Vestari to facilitate a fraudulent or illegal deal.

Violation may result in immediate suspension with no refund.

6. LumeTrade linkage

Vestari offers an “Add to Inventory” action that captures your intent to migrate a comp into LumeTrade, a forthcoming Lume Vault marketplace product. Until LumeTrade launches, this action only records intent — no listing is published anywhere. When LumeTrade launches, tagged comps may be pre-populated into your LumeTrade inventory subject to LumeTrade’s separate terms.

7. Warranty and liability

Vestari is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that comps in the pool are complete, correct, or representative of the market at any moment. Nothing in Vestari constitutes an appraisal or authentication. You are responsible for your own valuation and deal decisions. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate any time from Settings. We may terminate for violation of these Terms. On termination we retain minimal records for legal and financial compliance and delete the rest per the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

Florida law governs these Terms. Disputes are resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
